Six Hanover Quay
This waterfront development features 120 luxury apartments in the Dublin Docklands. The architecture presents a vision for city living – from its curvilinear black & white façade to the elegant landscaped courtyard; from the residents gym to the rooftop gardens with panoramic views of the city. The development sold for €101 million in 2018.
Cairn is committed to constructing high quality homes with an emphasis on design and innovation.Working together with them and Savils, we created the branding and communications materials.
We also produced a series of short films about the city, the area and the building. We created an identity based around 3 pillars: building quality, living better and growing city. This theme ran throughout the communications – print, digital, advertising, website and films.
