Let’s Go Disco… a regular call to arms shouted in the Cliff House Hotel kitchen by Michelin-star chef, Martijn Kajuiter.
The book design was based on the restaurant experience, front of house presents the beauty of the dishes while the kitchen tells the story behind the food. The photographs were taken over an eighteen month period to ensure the correct seasonal ingredients were used in each dish.
